Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Learning Experience Designer or similar role.
- Robust understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and authoring tools.
- A Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Education, Training, or a related field.
