Role & responsibilities

- Build, launch, and manage Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
- Set up audiences, retargeting, and lookalikes properly, not just boost posts
- Read the numbers and act on them: CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPM, conversions
- Write and test ad copy, rotate creatives, kill what's not working, scale what is




- Use Claude and AI tools daily for research, copy, analysis, and campaign structuring

Preferred candidate profile

- 2+ years hands-on managing live Meta and Google ad accounts with real spend
- Verifiable experience with international clients
- Working knowledge of Claude and AI marketing tools
- Strong written English for AU / NZ / US markets
