What You'll Do
Handle end-to-end US recruitment lifecycle
Work on Direct Client W2 requirements
Source, screen, and qualify candidates
Coordinate interviews and onboarding
Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines
Ensure quality submissions within defined timelines

What We're Looking For
2–7 years of US Staffing experience with Retail Clients
Hands-on experience working on Direct Client W2 requirements
Strong sourcing and recruitment skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Aggressive, result-oriented, and performance-driven mindset
