- Manage SAP IS-Utilities billing and invoicing processes for water, wastewater, and stormwater utilities.
- Ensure accurate and timely creation of customer invoices, credit notes, and debit notes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve billing discrepancies and optimize revenue collection.
- Maintain detailed records of all transactions in SAP system.
- Provide support for monthly reporting on billing performance.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 4-8 years of experience in SAP ISU Billing Functional role.
- Bachelor's degree (B.Tech / B.E.) in Any Specialization.
- Solid understanding of SAP ISU Billing Functional modules such as Rates b. Operands c. Variants d. Rate Categories e. Billing schema f. Price keys and Discounts.
