This role is a fulltime, officebased position located in Sector 20, Panchkula.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Chartered Accountant who enjoys management reporting, financial analysis and improving finance processes. The successful candidate will work closely with the Group Financial Controller and CFO, gaining exposure to international accounting, real estate asset management, budgeting, forecasting and strategic finance.

This is a hands-on management role with responsibility for supervising the accounting function whilst supporting senior management with commercial decision making.

Working Hours

- 9 hours per day 10am to 7pm

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting

- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly and annual management accounts for companies based in the UK, Ireland and UAE.
- Review balance sheet reconciliations and ensure completeness and accuracy of financial records.
- Prepare financial reports, management packs and performance analysis for senior management.
- Assist in preparation of statutory financial statements and external audit requirements.

Accounting & Team Management

- Manage and review the work of Accounts Executives responsible.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and accounting policies.

Budgeting & Business Partnering

- Assist with annual budgets, business plans and quarterly forecasts.
- Analyse financial performance against budgets and explain key variances.
- Support business units with financial analysis and commercial decision making.
- Prepare cash flow forecasts and working capital analysis.

Process Improvement

- Identify opportunities to automate accounting processes and improve reporting efficiency.
- Support implementation of finance systems and digital transformation initiatives.




- Strengthen internal controls and standardise finance processes across Group companies.

International Finance

- Liaise with external accountants, auditors, tax advisers and corporate service providers in multiple jurisdictions.
- Assist with cross-border reporting requirements and corporate compliance.
- Support finance-related projects as the Group expands internationally.

Candidate Profile

Essential

- Chartered Accountant (CA)
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce or Accounting
- Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP preferred)
- Experience preparing management accounts independently
- Experience supervising finance staff
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail
- Solid communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage deadlines across multiple entities

Preferred Experience

- Experience in real estate, property management, investment or asset management companies
- Experience with UK or international accounting environments
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks and Zoho Books
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling
