We are looking for a highly skilled and dynamic Shift In-Charge to lead our Shopfloor Maintenance Team. In this role, you will oversee automation, serialization, and track-and-trace systems within a GxP-regulated environment. You will ensure seamless packaging operations, system integrations, and regulatory compliance.Key Responsibilities

- Team Leadership: Manage shopfloor shift operations and lead the maintenance team.
- Serialization & Aggregation: Act as the subject matter expert for serialization and aggregation systems.
- Inspection Systems: Maintain tamper-evident systems, labeling inspections, and barcode verifiers.
- SAP ATTP Integration: Integrate SAP ATTP with regulatory systems and SAP ECC for high-volume serialized products.
- Compliance & Standards: Apply global track-and-trace laws (EU FMD, DSCSA, China, Russia, Turkey) and GS1/EPCIS standards.
- Database & IT Infrastructure: Manage MS SQL/MySQL databases, active directories,



and server-client architectures.
- Validation & Documentation: Prepare and execute IQ/OQ protocols; support PQ, change controls, and GxP validations.
- Production Support: Provide technical support to packaging teams for smooth product launches and recent machinery setup.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, and external vendors. [1]

Requirements

- Education: BE / B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical & Electronics, Electronics & Instrumentation, or Electronics & Communication.
- Experience: 6 to 12 years (suggested) in pharmaceutical packaging automation or engineering.
- Key Skills: SAP ATTP, Serialization, GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, SQL, GS1 Standards, Line Automation.
