Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in Economics and Business Studies for Grades XI & XII.
- Develop comprehensive lesson plans aligned with the CBSE curriculum and learning objectives.
- Explain economic theories, business principles, entrepreneurship, finance, and management concepts using practical examples.
- Prepare students for internal assessments, projects, practicals, and board examinations.
- Assess students through assignments, tests, presentations, and examinations, and provide constructive feedback.
- Monitor academic progress and maintain accurate student records.
- Encourage critical thinking, analytical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
- Integrate technology and innovative teaching methodologies into classroom instruction.




- Conduct remedial classes and provide additional academic support where required.
- Maintain effective communication with parents regarding student performance and development.
- Participate in faculty meetings, career development programs, and school events.
- Maintain a positive, disciplined, and inclusive classroom environment.

Required Qualifications

- Master's Degree (M.Com/M.A. Economics/MBA or equivalent) in the relevant subject.
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) is mandatory.
- CTET/TET qualification is an added advantage (if applicable).
