Position: Executive / Senior Executive Plant HR
Location: Jaipur
Experience: 1+Years
Key Responsibilities
- Liaison with government departments, labour authorities, and local administration
- Ensure timely renewal of statutory licenses and approvals
- Handle local issues, union matters, and employee grievances
- Manage day-to-day HR & IR operations at the plant
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory filings, and audits
- Support disciplinary actions, inquiries, and IR negotiations
- Maintain effective coordination with plant management and corporate HR
- Required Skills & Qualifications:
- MSW / MBA in HR or any PG in relevant field
- Robust knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliances
- Proven experience in IR handling and government liaisoning
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Hands-on exposure to plant HR operations
