They act as a bridge between legal teams, management, and regulatory bodies, handling documentation and risk management. Key Responsibilities

- Document Management: Drafting, reviewing, and finalizing contracts (purchase, lease, mortgage), deeds, and agreements.
- Compliance: Ensuring all transactions adhere to local, state, and federal real estate laws and regulations (e.g., RERA).
- Due Diligence: Conducting thorough legal checks for property acquisitions and sales.
- Legal Advice: Providing internal guidance on property matters, risks, and best practices.
- Negotiation:



Representing the company in property deal negotiations.
- Dispute Resolution: Assisting with managing and resolving property-related disputes and litigation.
- Liaison: Coordinating with external lawyers, government authorities, and internal departments.
- Research: Staying updated on property law changes and researching legal aspects of projects.

Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Law degree (LLB).
- Experience: Proven experience in real estate law/transactions.
- Knowledge: Solid grasp of property laws, contract drafting, and due diligence processes.
- Skills: Excellent negotiation, analytical, communication, and attention to detail.
