Social Media Marketing Manager

Location: Vadodara, Gujarat (On-site)

About the Role

We're looking for a Social Media Marketing Manager to lead content strategy and execution across multiple client accounts spanning India and Australia — including D2C brands, restaurants, and service businesses. You'll own the day-to-day social presence for several clients simultaneously, from content calendars to performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies tailored to each client's brand and audience
- Plan and manage monthly content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, Linked In, and other relevant platforms
- Collaborate with designers, videographers, and copywriters to produce on-brand content
- Diagnose engagement issues (e.g., weak organic reach masked by paid spend) and recommend strategy shifts
- Manage client communication, present monthly performance reports, and handle feedback loops




- Stay current on platform trends, algorithm changes, and content formats (Reels, Shorts, carousels, etc.)
- Coordinate with the paid ads team to align organic and paid content strategies
- Support new client onboarding with social media audits and 90-day strategy proposals
- Track KPIs — engagement rate, follower growth, reach, and conversion from social

Requirements

- 1-3 years of experience in social media management, ideally agency-side
- Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts/brands at once
- Solid understanding of Instagram/Meta ecosystem; familiarity with Linked In and emerging platforms a plus
- Excellent written communication and client-facing presentation skills
- Experience with scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Later, Buffer, etc.) and basic analytics reporting
- A sharp eye for content quality, trends, and brand consistency
- Bonus: experience with restaurant, D2C, or hospitality brands; exposure to international (Australia/UK) client work
