Airport Ground Staff. Job Description: As an Airport Ground Staff, you will be responsible for providing efficient and friendly
customer service to all passengers at the airport. Your main duties
will include assisting passengers with check-in, baggage handling, and boarding procedures. You will also be responsible for ensuring
the safety and security of all passengers and their belongings. Key
Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers with check-in
procedures - Handle baggage and ensure proper tagging and loading
onto aircraft - Assist passengers with boarding procedures and
provide necessary information - Monitor and maintain the safety and
security of the airport and its facilities - Handle any customer
inquiries or complaints in a professional and timely manner -
Collaborate with other airport staff to ensure smooth operations
and customer satisfaction - Provide excellent customer service to
all passengers and address any concerns or issues - Follow all
safety and security procedures as per company guidelines - Maintain
a clean and organized work environment at all times Requirements: -
High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in customer
service or hospitality is preferred - Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and energetic
workplace - Must be able to work flexible hours, including
weekends and holidays - Knowledge of airport operations and
procedures is an asset - Must be physically fit and able to lift
heavy baggage if required - Fluency in English and Hindi is
required, knowledge of other languages is an advantage - Must be
able to pass a background check and obtain necessary security
