Summary: We are currently seeking a full-time Airport Ground Staff
to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have excellent
communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability
to work in a rapid-paced and dynamic environment. Key
Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers at check-in
counters, boarding gates, and baggage claim areas - Handle
ticketing and baggage check-in processes - Provide information and
assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules, delays, and
gate changes - Ensure the safety and security of all passengers and
their belongings - Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues
in a professional and timely manner - Collaborate with other ground
staff and airline personnel to ensure smooth operations - Perform
other duties as assigned by supervisor or management
Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous
experience in customer service or hospitality preferred - Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a
fast-paced and dynamic environment - Must be able to work flexible
hours, including weekends and holidays - Must be able to stand for
