Job Requirements We are seeking a hands-on Subject Matter Expert SME in GE Asset Performance Management APM who can act as a consultant and advisor for our customer engagement The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in APM configuration integration testing and training with proven experience in delivering APM programs for industrial clients The role requires practical implementation knowledge solid communication skills and the ability to guide customer teams on adoption and best practices Key Responsibilities Lead discussions with customer stakeholders on software selection APM implementation strategy and lifecycle cost considerations Provide expertise in delivery methods series-wise and parallel component delivery for APM programs Configure and optimize GE APM modules including RCM FMEA RBI SIS Inspection Analytics Define and manage Master Data Reports Dashboards and Recommendation workflows within GE APM Develop testing strategy validation plans and training materials tailored for different user roles Support integration and data management topics such as Integration patterns and interface governance Master Data Management Custom interface development Native Web APIs and secure DB access Data loading and workflow orchestration Act as a consultant for manpower expertise requirements in APM training certifications tool usage Document best practices and provide knowledge transfer to customer teams Work Experience 10 years of experience in Asset Performance Management APM with hands-on implementation of GE APM Meridium Strong knowledge of RCM FMEA RBI SIS and Inspection methodologies Proven track record of configuring reports dashboards workflows and master data in APM Expertise in APM-ERP CMMS integration SAP PM Maximo etc Hands-on experience with Web APIs ETL data loading tools and workflow automation Excellent consulting customer-facing and presentation skills Certifications in relevant domains API 580 581 FMEA IEC 61511 etc are highly desirable Preferred Qualifications Experience with APM delivery across Oil Gas Energy and Industrial domains Knowledge of cloud-hosted APM deployments AWS Azure or hybrid Familiarity with IIoT platforms and integration Ability to develop training programs and conduct workshops for diverse user groups
