Airport Executive to join our team in Mumbai/Pune. As an Airport
Executive, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer
service to passengers and assisting with airport operations. Key
Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers at the airport, providing information and guidance as needed - Check-in passengers
and their luggage, ensuring all necessary documents are in order -
Handle ticketing and reservations, as well as changes and
cancellations - Assist with boarding and disembarking procedures -
Monitor flight schedules and communicate any delays or changes to
passengers - Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a
timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other airport
staff and airlines to ensure efficient operations - Maintain a safe
and clean work environment, adhering to all safety and security
protocols - Provide support to passengers with special needs or
disabilities - Keep updated on airline policies and procedures to
provide accurate information to passengers - Assist with other
duties as assigned by the airport manager. Qualifications: - High
school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication and customer
service skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic
environment - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills -
Ability to work well in a team and independently - Willingness to
work versatile schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer skills - Prior experience in the aviation industry
