Ground Staff. This is an excellent opportunity for fresher

aviation industry. Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers
at the airport terminal - Check-in passengers and their luggage -
Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight
schedules, boarding procedures, and other travel-related queries -
Handle passenger inquiries and complaints in a skilled and
courteous manner - Ensure the safety and security of passengers and
their belongings - Assist with boarding and deboarding procedures -
Coordinate with other airport staff and departments to ensure
smooth operations - Handle cash and credit card transactions for
ticket sales and other services - Maintain a clean and organized
work area - Adhere to all safety and security regulations and
procedures Requirements: - Minimum high school diploma or
equivalent - Excellent communication and customer service skills -
Ability to work in a fast-paced and energetic environment -
Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays -
Basic computer skills - Physically fit and able to lift heavy
luggage - Fluent in English and Hindi, knowledge of other languages
is a plus - Prior experience in the aviation industry is an
