- Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced inbound call environment with a strong Customer First mindset
- Understand Card Member needs and provide personalized solutions while promoting card benefits
- Add value through relevant product recommendations to enhance engagement and loyalty
- Handle account and service queries (statements, payments,



rewards, card replacement, etc.)
- Achieve performance metrics related to quality, productivity, compliance, and sales

Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree (within 5 years of completion)
- No prior Government Apprenticeship experience
- Solid communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused, resilient, and adaptable in a high-volume environment
- High integrity with ability to handle sensitive customer information
