Role Overview:

The Territory Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth within the assigned territory by identifying new business opportunities, developing strong customer relationships, and promoting the company's product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities -

- Identify, prospect, and acquire new customers, including hospitals, nursing homes, healthcare institutions, and distributors.
- Promote and demonstrate company products to healthcare professionals and key decision-makers.
- Generate product demand through regular field visits and customer engagement activities.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to territory revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, surgeons, nursing staff, purchase managers, biomedical teams, OT technicians, and other key stakeholders.




- Provide product-related training, demonstrations, and support to customers.
- Ensure consistent follow-up with existing customers to strengthen business
- Ensure timely secondary sales generation and coordinate with internal teams for efficient order processing and product delivery.
- Monitor inventory availability and support demand forecasting activities.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collections in line with company policies.
- Maintain accurate sales records and submit periodic sales and market reports as required.

Preferred candidate profile -

- Minimum 4 years experience in sales of Medical Devices / Pharma industry.
- Experience working with specialists such as Anesthesiologists, Pediatricians, Neonatologists, Oncologists, and Surgeons will be preferred.
- Robust communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
