Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Procurement/PPP Skilled to manage procurement activities and support the planning, implementation, and monitoring of Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects. The ideal candidate should have expertise in procurement processes, bid management, contract administration, PPP frameworks, and stakeholder coordination while ensuring compliance with applicable policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage procurement activities in accordance with applicable procurement guidelines and policies.
- Prepare tender documents, RFPs, RFQs, bid evaluation reports, and procurement plans.
- Coordinate the end-to-end procurement process, including vendor selection and contract award.
- Support the structuring, appraisal, and implementation of Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects.
- Conduct market research, cost analysis, and procurement planning.
- Ensure compliance with procurement regulations, organizational policies, and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with government agencies, consultants,



vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor procurement schedules, contract performance, and project milestones.
- Identify procurement and commercial risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Prepare MIS reports, procurement documentation, and management presentations.

- Experience in infrastructure, government, consulting, or development sector projects is preferred.

Experience

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in procurement, contract management, PPP advisory, infrastructure projects, or public sector procurement.
