Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Python Developer SME with solid expertise in designing, developing, and optimizing scalable Python applications. The candidate will serve as a technical leader, providing architecture guidance, coding best practices, performance optimization, and mentoring development teams. The role requires hands-on experience with Python frameworks, API development, cloud platforms, databases, DevOps practices, and software design principles.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade Python applications.
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Python development and related technologies.
- Develop scalable RESTful APIs and microservices using Python frameworks.
- Define coding standards, design patterns, and development best practices.
- Perform code reviews and ensure high-quality, maintainable code.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
- Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, DevOps, and QA teams.
- Guide teams on Python architecture, framework selection, and technical problem-solving.




- Mentor junior and mid-level developers.
- Support CI/CD implementation and automation initiatives.
- Participate in technical discussions, solution architecture, and client interactions.
