Role & responsibilities
* Call Insurance companies in the US to check the status of medical claims
* Follow up on unpaid, Denied or underpaid claims
* Understand the reason for claims denials and take appropriate action
* Update claim status and notes accurately in the billing software.
Preferred candidate profile
* Graduation In any discipline (B .com, B.SC , MBA only 2023,2024,2025 and 2026 are eligible to apply
* Note B ,Tech and BE are not eligible
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*Basic knowledge of MS office and computer applications
*Fixed Night shifts
*Work from office
