- Week offs: Saturday & Sunday
- Shift Timings: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Day Shifts)
- WFO/ Hybrid: 100% Work from Office
- Qualification: B.Com, MBA, M.Com (Commerce Background Only)

Note:

- M.Com / MBA freshers are eligible for this role (Commerce Background Only)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Hindi and English are mandatory) along with any regional language added advantage.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Must be a Graduate
- Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Hindi mandatory) along with regional language of Gujrati, Punjabi, Telugu, Tamil, Marathi, Bengali,



Malayalam, Assamese, and Kannada.
- Follow company/client processes accurately and efficiently
- Flexible with shifts and working hours
- Must be a good team player
- Valuable problem-solving skills
- Assist team lead/supervisor to prepare various reports
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to articulate technical and complex scenarios with easy
