Key Responsibilities:
✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
✅ Lead client meetings, presentations, and commercial discussions.
✅ Drive business growth through account management, cross-selling, and deal closures.
✅ Lead and mentor the CRM team while achieving business targets.
✅ Coordinate with recruitment and HR teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
✅ Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and performance updates.
Eligibility:
✔ MBA/PGDM (Management, HR, Marketing) or Graduate.
✔ 2–10 years of experience in Corporate Relationship Management or Client Servicing.
✔ Minimum 1 year of team handling experience.
✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
