Key Responsibilities:

- Manage critically ill patients in the ICU and Emergency Room (ER).
- Assess, diagnose, and treat patients requiring intensive care and organ support.
- Manage ventilator-dependent patients and perform airway management.
- Monitor hemodynamic status and provide advanced critical care interventions.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient management.
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
- Ensure adherence to ICU protocols and quality standards.
- Participate in patient safety and quality improvement initiatives.

Eligibility:

- MBBS with significant ICU experience
- MD/DNB in Critical Care, Emergency Medicine, General Medicine
- Fellowship/Certification in Critical Care is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of ventilator management, critical care protocols, and emergency management.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
