We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Fresher Accountant to join our team. The candidate will assist in maintaining financial records, preparing accounting documents, processing invoices, and supporting daily accounting operations while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

- Record daily financial transactions.
- Prepare and maintain vouchers, invoices, receipts, and payment records.
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.
- Maintain cash and petty cash records.
- Prepare GST-related data and assist in tax compliance.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and statements.
- Support payroll processing and employee reimbursement records.
- Maintain organized financial documents and files.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and vendors when required.
- Perform general administrative and accounting duties assigned by the Finance Manager.

Qualifications





- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Familiarity with Tally, Busy, Zoho Books, or similar accounting software is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Preferred

- Knowledge of GST and TDS basics.
- Internship or project experience in accounting is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
