* Convert leads into enrollments through effective counseling.

* Guide students throughout the admission process.

* Maintain CRM records and follow-ups.

* Achieve admission and revenue targets.

Required Skills

* Excellent communication and counseling skills.

* Experience in EdTech Sales or Academic Counseling.

* Strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities.

* Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.

* Target-driven with a positive attitude.
