About the Role

TechPaathshala is hiring an academic counselor to connect with prospective students and invite them to visit our academy.

Key Responsibilities

- Call prospective students from the provided leads.
- Invite students to visit the academy.
- Schedule and confirm walk-in appointments.
- Follow up with interested students via calls and WhatsApp.
- Update daily call records in the CRM.
- Achieve daily and monthly walk-in targets.

Requirements

- Valuable communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good convincing and follow-up skills.
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, or Inside Sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
