Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced International Business Development & Marketing Executive with 8–10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving international business growth by identifying current market opportunities, strengthening relationships with distributors and customers, and implementing effective marketing strategies to expand the company's global presence.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate effectively with international customers, distributors, and branch offices to ensure seamless business operations.
- Study, analyze, and monitor international market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international distributors, business associates, and key customers.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the company's products and their applications to effectively promote solutions in global markets.
- Initiate, implement,



and monitor international marketing strategies to increase market share and brand visibility.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, markets, and distribution channels to drive revenue growth.
- Maintain long-term customer relationships to achieve repeat business and generate referrals.
- Conduct business presentations, product demonstrations, and commercial discussions with overseas customers.
- Travel internationally to meet distributors, customers, and business partners, strengthen existing relationships, and develop new business opportunities.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, regulatory, production, and logistics, to ensure timely execution of customer requirements.
- Prepare business forecasts, market intelligence reports, and sales performance updates for management.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
