We are seeking a passionate, dynamic, and dedicated Social Studies Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will bring history, geography, civics, and economics to life for our students, inspiring them to think critically about the world around them and their role as engaged global citizens. You will design and deliver interactive lessons, manage a positive classroom environment, and support the holistic development of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

Curriculum and Instruction :

- Design and deliver engaging, standards-aligned lesson plans covering subjects such as World History, US History, Geography, Civics, and Economics.
- Utilize a variety of instructional methods (e.g., discussions, debates, project-based learning, multimedia resources) to cater to diverse learning styles.
- Connect historical concepts and current events to encourage critical thinking, analytical reasoning, and respectful discourse
- Assessment and Student Progress :
- Develop and grade formative and summative assessments, quizzes, projects, and exams.
- Monitor individual student progress, identify learning gaps, and provide timely, constructive feedback and academic intervention.
- Maintain accurate records of student grades, attendance, and performance reports.




- Classroom and Student Progress :
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that promotes equity, mutual respect, and student engagement.
- Implement effective classroom management strategies to ensure a productive learning space.
- Student Support :
- Provide additional support to students who are struggling with the subject through extra tutoring, office hours, or after-school assistance.
- Encourage and support students in their academic and personal growth, providing guidance on study habits and career exploration.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with other teachers and school staff to develop interdisciplinary projects and maintain a cohesive educational environment.
- Attend faculty meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.
- Professional Development:
- Stay up to date with developments in science education and scientific research.Participate in workshops, training, and other career development opportunities to improve teaching effectiveness.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
