Sale & service coordinator( Back office)
Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer enquiries through emails, phone calls, and walk-in customers.
- Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and sales invoices.
- Follow up on submitted quotations and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with sales and service teams for smooth order execution.
- Maintain and update sales records, customer databases, and order tracking reports.
- Manage inventory records and coordinate material availability.
- Communicate and coordinate with principal companies regarding orders, pricing, technical details, and support.
- Assist in dispatch planning and customer communication.
- Ensure timely processing of customer orders and documentation.
- Maintain proper filing of sales and service-related documents.
- Support after-sales service coordination and customer follow-up activities.
