Job Opening: Real Estate Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive for our real estate company. The ideal candidate should possess sound knowledge of Industrial, Residential, and Commercial properties and have a strong understanding of client handling and sales processes.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the real estate industry.
- Good knowledge of Industrial, Residential, and Commercial real estate segments.
- Ability to prepare and maintain customer databases and records.
- Experience in handling client inquiries and conducting regular follow-ups.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with the team.
- Goal-oriented with a customer-focused approach.





Key Responsibilities:

- Generate and manage leads for property sales.
- Maintain accurate client data and records.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable property solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
