Recruit, hire, and train current CSP
Receive and report on all sales leads
Supervise CSP and assistants.
Answer potential customer questions and follow-up call questions
Work with sales team when closing sales
Assist sales representatives and team to meet and exceed goals.
Meet all sales quotas and goals
Arrange promotional events in different places.

Recruit CSP & Distributor.
Communicate with Distributors area wise and increase sales ration.
