Performance Marketing Executive (Meta Ads | Google Ads | Social Media)
Job Summary
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who can independently plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in generating quality leads, app installs, and brand growth through paid marketing and social media strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, manage and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Plan and manage Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube & Performance Max).
- Increase app installs, website traffic and lead generation.
- Improve ROAS, CTR, Conversion Rate and reduce Cost Per Acquisition (CPA).
- Manage Instagram and Facebook business pages.
- Create content strategy for Reels, Posts and Stories.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors for ad creatives.
- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Pixel and Google Tag Manager.
- Perform A/B testing and continuously optimize campaigns.
- Research competitors and implement new growth strategies.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
Required Skills
- 1–3+ years of experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Experience with lead generation and app install campaigns.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4).
- Good understanding of Instagram growth strategies.
- Basic SEO knowledge is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred
- Experience working with startups or fast-growing businesses.
- Experience in travel, mobility, e-commerce, or marketplace platforms is a plus.
- Portfolio or previous campaign performance is preferred.
