We are looking for a reliable and proactive Residential Caretaker to manage and look after our homestay property on a full-time, day-and-night residential basis. The role requires a responsible individual who can ensure smooth daily operations, maintain cleanliness standards, and assist with basic administrative and guest-handling tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Upkeep and maintenance of the homestay property
- Perform and supervise housekeeping activities including room cleaning, linen management, and common area maintenance
- Managing check ins check outs
- Welcome guests, assist with check-in/check-out, and address basic guest requirements
- Handle basic computer work such as maintaining booking records, responding to messages, and updating guest details
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Willing to stay on the property (day & night residential role)
- Experience in housekeeping / property caretaking preferred
- Basic computer knowledge
- Reliable, honest, and responsible in handling property matters
- Proactive attitude with problem-solving ability
- Valuable communication and guest-handling skills

- Salary: As per experience and responsibilities
