Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to generate new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and promote the company's products and services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital channels.
- Meet prospective clients to understand their requirements and present suitable solutions.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and lead-generation activities.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into customers.
- Maintain accurate sales records, CRM updates, and prepare weekly/monthly sales reports.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade shows,



and client meetings when required.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in Sales and Marketing (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.
- Valid two-wheeler/four-wheeler license is preferred (if field sales is required).

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
