Job Title: Gold Loan Officer

Reporting To: Cluster Sales Manager – Loan Against Gold Ornaments

Position Purpose

- Acquisition of LAGO customers for all branches in the designated territory through cross-sell to existing branch customers as well as open market sourcing

Position Responsibilities

Sales

- Achieving sales targets for assigned branches.
- Ensure minimum productivity for assigned branches.
- Undertake various BTL campaigns to create LAGO awareness in and around branches.
- Ensure in-branch visibility for the LAGO product using standard marketing collaterals.

Support

- Conduct regular branch-level training on product/process related to LAGO.
- Undertake BTL campaigns for customer awareness and drive lead generation.




- Coordinate with support functions to ensure upkeep of required infrastructure for LAGO operations.
- Handhold branches for conducting physical auctions.
- Follow up with branch/customer for delinquent customers.

Qualifications and Experience Requirement

Essential:

- Graduate
- 1 to 4 years of experience
- Existing employees from Pvt Banks/NBFC will be preferred.

Threshold Competencies

- Prior experience working in a sales role in Retail Loans, preferably Gold Loans.
- Well versed with the local geographical market, property market, and small businesses in and around the territory.
- Adequate written & verbal communication, well versed with local language to engage with customers.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
