Notice Period: Immediate
Experience: 2+ Year
Compensation: Starting from ₹15,000 per month with every 2 months increase by ₹1000 based on client's feedback till it reaches ₹20,000 per month.

Reward: attractive incentives payout on completion of 12 months contract .
Risk: you will be liable to pay a contract breakage penalty equivalent to the compensation for the balance contract period from the minimum 12 months committed.

Shift: Must be available in US CDT Time-zone i.e, 7:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST (9 AM - 5 PM CDT)

Key Requirements:
Customer Success & Support

- Onboard recent customers and introduce them to products, services, and portal features

- Understand customer needs, resolve concerns promptly, and ensure high satisfaction

- Act as a customer buddy, building strong and long-term relationships

- Guide customers through portal and product workflows for smooth adoption

- Communicate product features, service updates, and benefits clearly

- Be a continuous partner throughout the entire customer lifecycle

- Manage customer communication via Zoom, Microsoft Teams, email, and social platforms

- Coordinate and schedule meetings, demos, and follow-ups using strong calendaring skills

Sales & Lead Generation





- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on customer usage and needs

- Qualify inbound leads and assist in converting prospects into customers

- Follow up with warm leads, trial users, and dormant prospects to drive conversions

- Support sales campaigns, promotions, and outreach initiatives

- Maintain CRM records, lead status, and sales pipeline tracking

- Conduct product demos and introductory calls for prospects

- Collect customer feedback, testimonials, and success stories

- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to nurture leads and close deals

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Basic Accounting knowledge

- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

- Understanding of Social Media Management

- Hands-on experience with Zoom and Microsoft Teams

- Excellent organizational, follow-up, and coordination skills

- Sales-oriented and customer-centric mindset
