We are looking for a highly driven and creative SEO & Social Media Specialist with a strong focus on Search Engine Optimization (SEO). The ideal candidate will play a key role in improving our website’s visibility, increasing organic traffic, and generating high-quality leads, while also supporting social media marketing initiatives across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities (SEO-Focused)

- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research
- Optimize website content, landing pages, and blogs for on-page SEO (meta tags, headings, internal linking, etc.)
- Implement technical SEO best practices (site speed optimization, mobile responsiveness, indexing, crawlability)
- Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO platforms
- Build and execute off-page SEO strategies, including link building and outreach
- Continuously analyze SEO performance and refine strategies for better results

Social Media & Lead Generation

- Plan and execute lead generation campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn




- Create and publish engaging content aligned with SEO and marketing goals
- Design graphics, posters, and short-form videos for campaigns
- Track and analyze campaign performance using social media analytics tools
- Develop innovative ideas to generate leads through social platforms

AI & Modern Tools (Preferred)

- Experience with AI-powered tools for SEO, content creation, and campaign optimization
- Familiarity with tools like ChatGPT, Canva AI, or similar platforms
- Understanding of automation tools, chatbots, and CRM integrations

Requirements

- 1–3 years of proven experience with a strong focus on SEO and organic growth
- Solid understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
- Experience with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.)
- Working knowledge of social media marketing and paid advertising platforms
- Skills in graphic design and video creation are a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and adaptability in a fast-paced workplace

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
