We are expanding our team and are looking for motivated individuals with excellent English communication skills to join our Australian Voice Process – Solar Lead Generation Campaign. This is an excellent opportunity for both freshers and experienced professionals who are looking to build a rewarding career in the international BPO industry.

Compensation

- Freshers: Up to ₹15,000 per month
- Experienced Candidates: Up to ₹25,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers in Australia.
- Generate and qualify leads for the Australian Solar Campaign.
- Build professional relationships with prospective customers through effective communication.
- Accurately maintain customer information and call records in the CRM.
- Ensure customer data remains confidential and is handled in accordance with company policies.
- Achieve individual and team lead generation targets while maintaining quality standards.

Candidate Requirements

- Freshers with excellent English communication skills are welcome to apply.




- Candidates with 6 months or more of experience in International Voice Process, Lead Generation, Telecalling, BPO, or Customer Support will be given preference.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Comfortable working in early morning shifts aligned with Australian business hours.
- A confident, positive, and target-oriented approach.
- Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn.
- Understanding of Australian customer communication is an added advantage.

Shift Timings

- 4:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Working Schedule

- Monday to Friday: Full Day
- Saturday: Half Day
- Sunday: Weekly Off
