Your work profile

- As a SAFe Scrum Master, you will work closely with Product Owners, Release Train Engineers (RTEs), development teams, and business stakeholders to facilitate Agile delivery and drive enterprise-scale Agile transformation initiatives.

Key skills required:

- 3-9 years of overall experience in Agile environments




- Proven experience working as a Secure Scrum Master experience
- Experience in Agile transformation and scaling frameworks
- Prior experience in technical roles such as software development or DevOps preferred
- Experience delivering Data Analytics projects is highly advantageous

Experience:

- 3+ years

Languages:

- Proficiency in scripting (Shell, Python, PowerShell) for automation.

Technologies:

- Strong understanding of SAFe framework and Agile principles
- Hands-on experience with Scrum and scaled Agile delivery
- Knowledge of SDLC and technical project management
- Agile coaching and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, and Inspect & Adapt sessions
- Strong communication, facilitation, and leadership abilities
- Understanding of ETL, Azure Cloud, CI/CD pipelines, and reporting fundamentals

Education

- Any Degree, Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field, MBA, MCA.
