Job Responsibilities

As a Sales & Marketing Executive at KollegeSmart, you will:

- Generate and follow up with prospective student leads.
- Promote UG, PG, certification, and online education programs.
- Counsel students regarding suitable courses and admission procedures.
- Convert inquiries into successful admissions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
- Conduct telephonic and online counselling sessions.
- Achieve monthly admission and sales targets.
- Maintain lead records and update the CRM regularly.
- Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
- Represent the company professionally while communicating with students and institutions.

Eligibility

- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate / Pursuing Graduation.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and convincing skills in Hindi and/or English.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and internet applications.




- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Laptop/Desktop with a stable internet connection is preferred.
