About the Role

Bhakti Management Services is seeking a highly strategic and experienced Vice President of Sales (Domestic & Export) to lead our revenue growth initiatives. This is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing and driving comprehensive sales efforts across both domestic and international markets, specifically within the Pharma Machineries and Capital Goods Equipment sectors.

In this role, you will develop and execute robust sales strategies, expand our global market presence, and manage a high-performing sales team. You will collaborate closely with other senior executives and cross-functional departments—including Production, Administration, Purchasing, and After-Sales Service—to seamlessly align sales operations with our overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Sales Leadership:

- Develop, implement, and lead comprehensive domestic and international sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify untapped market opportunities and formulate aggressive strategies to penetrate new domestic and export markets.
- Provide clear direction, motivation, and support to the sales team to ensure all goals are achieved.

Sales Management & Execution:

- Oversee annual sales planning, including budgeting, exact forecasting, and strategic resource allocation.
- Continuously monitor sales performance metrics, pivoting strategies and tactics to ensure target delivery.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with key clients, agents, and merchant exporters.

Market Analysis & Expansion:

- Drive market research initiatives to monitor industry trends, evolving customer needs, and the competitive landscape globally.
- Assess and execute market entry strategies, including potential partnerships,



joint ventures, and acquisition opportunities.

Operational Efficiency & Compliance:

- Streamline sales processes and CRM systems to maximize efficiency, operational effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure strict compliance with all international trade regulations, export laws, and internal company policies.

Team Development:

- Recruit, train, and mentor top-tier sales personnel to foster a high-performance culture.
- Establish clear performance benchmarks and provide ongoing coaching, extending into After-Sales & Service teams.

Reporting & Collaboration:

- Deliver accurate, regular updates on sales performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives to the Managing Director.
- Work synergistically with marketing, product development, and operational teams to guarantee total business alignment.

Qualifications & Experience

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, International Business, or a related field. (An MBA or advanced degree is highly preferred).
- Experience: 15 to 30 years of progressive sales leadership experience.
- Industry Expertise: A proven, verifiable track record of driving domestic and international revenue growth specifically in Pharma Machineries or Capital Goods Equipment.
