Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled FIT Executive with 3–5 years of experience in handling Domestic and International FIT packages. The ideal candidate should be proficient in creating customized travel itineraries, costing, hotel bookings, transportation arrangements, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and manage customized Domestic and International FIT holiday packages.
- Prepare detailed itineraries and accurate tour costings based on client requirements.
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transport providers, DMCs, and other travel partners.
- Handle flight, hotel, sightseeing, transfers, travel insurance, and other travel-related bookings.
- Assist clients with visa documentation and travel requirements.




- Negotiate rates with suppliers to offer competitive pricing.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide end-to-end travel support.
- Ensure all bookings are confirmed accurately and travel documents are delivered on time.
- Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, airline policies, and visa regulations.

Requirements

- 3–5 years of experience in Domestic and International FIT operations.
- Robust knowledge of global and domestic destinations.
- Experience in itinerary planning, package costing, and supplier coordination.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple travel requests simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office and travel booking systems.
