About the Role

We are looking for passionate and customer-focused Design Consultants to join our team in Kochi. This role combines creativity with sales, where you'll understand clients' requirements, design functional and aesthetically appealing home interiors, and guide them through the complete journey from consultation to project confirmation.

Key Responsibilities

Meet and consult with customers to understand their lifestyle, design preferences, and project requirements.

Conduct detailed design discussions and provide customized interior solutions.

Create 2D layouts, 3D designs, and presentations using design software.

Prepare concept designs, material selections, and space planning based on client needs.

Present design proposals and explain product specifications, materials, and finishes.

Prepare project estimates and quotations in coordination with the sales and production teams.

Convert design consultations into confirmed orders by effectively presenting value and solutions.

Coordinate with Client Managers, Project Managers, and Production teams for smooth project execution.





Assist customers throughout the design and selection process until project handover.

Maintain proper documentation of designs, estimates, and customer interactions.

Achieve monthly sales and design conversion targets while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Stay updated on the latest trends in residential interiors, modular furniture, and home décor.

Eligibility

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

1–5 years of experience in residential interior designing with customer-facing responsibilities.

Freshers with excellent design skills and strong communication may also be considered.

Skills Required

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, or similar design software.

Strong knowledge of residential interior design principles and modular furniture.

Excellent presentation and client handling skills.

Good understanding of space planning, materials, finishes, and color concepts.

Solid sales aptitude with the ability to influence customer decisions.

Effective negotiation and closing skills.

Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Team player with excellent coordination and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in modular kitchens, wardrobes, and complete home interior projects.

Knowledge of material estimation and costing.

Fluency in English and Malayalam (Hindi is an added advantage).

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
