The Account Executive will be responsible for the accurate and timely recording, reconciliation and settlement of Import related financial transactions. The role ensures compliance with internal controls, maintains accurate ERP records and supports smooth coordination with the Import and Banking departments.

Key responsibilities -

1 - record import payments entries in the ERP on the same day debit advice is received , ensuring complete and accurate details and narrations.

2- record claim entries promptly upon receipt of information from Import Dept.

3- Enter customs duty payment transaction in the ERP within one working day of receiving supporting data from the Import Dept.

4- Apply import payments entries accurately and on time against the respective import invoices.





5- Complete bank reconciliation with in four working days of the transaction date and coordinate with the Banking Department to resolve outstanding reconciling items promptly.

6- Perform timely reconciliation of key ledgers , including labour receivable, frieght receivable, shipping line and other assigned accounts.

7- Identify, investigate and take corrective actions to minimize reconciliation discrpancies and ensure accuracy of financial records.

8- Maintain high standard of accuracy, timeliness and compliance in all accounting and reconciliation activities.

9- Perform any other duties or assignments as directed by TL or Management from time to time.

Qualification - B.Com

Experience - more than 2 years

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
