Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter with a strong background in the Steel, Iron, Foundry, Ductile Iron Pipe, or Heavy Manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and be capable of independently handling the complete hiring process for technical and non-technical positions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment cycle from manpower requisition to candidate joining.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, consultants, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers.
- Schedule interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Negotiate salary and release offer letters.
- Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring status reports.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical positions.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
- Ensure recruitment targets are achieved within the defined timelines.
- Handle bulk hiring as well as lateral hiring for technical and staff positions.




- Maintain recruitment MIS and ensure proper documentation throughout the hiring process.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Mandatory experience in Steel, Iron, Ductile Iron Pipe, Foundry, Metal, or Heavy Manufacturing industries.
- 2–6 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Experience hiring ITI, Diploma, Graduate, Engineer, Supervisory, and Managerial roles.
- Valuable knowledge of sourcing through Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
- Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.

Qualification

- MBA/PGDM in HR, MSW (HR), or any Graduate with relevant recruitment experience.

Pay: ₹9,346.19 - ₹30,987.31 per month
