Experience: 7-10 years
Qualification: B.Tech or MBA (preferably both)
Requirements:
- 7–10 years of experience in selling products such as Bentley, Autodesk, Siemens, ESRI, or similar
- Proven ability to lead regional sales and achieve revenue targets
- Strong experience in customer relationship management and key account handling
- 2–3 years of experience managing and directing a sales team
- Experience in AEC or Manufacturing industry domains
- Skilled in planning and executing strategic sales initiatives
- Ability to identify and pursue current customers and markets
- Excellent communication, presentation, and team leadership skills
