Natural Motherhood is a new 10-bed hospital in Delhi NCR integrating genuine Ayurvedic care with conventional obstetric medicine — natural delivery is actively promoted and prepared for, with full surgical backup on-site for complications. We're looking for a founding Medical Director to lead our Ayurveda wing: preconception care, PCOS and infertility management (non-IVF), antenatal (Garbhini Paricharya) and postpartum (Sutika Paricharya) protocols, working alongside our MBBS/MD obstetric team.
Responsibilities:
Lead clinical diagnosis and treatment protocols for reproductive health patients; design and oversee Panchakarma and Ayurvedic antenatal/postpartum programs; coordinate with the Consultant OB-GYN on integrated patient care; train and mentor junior BAMS doctors and therapists; help build clinical SOPs from the ground up.
Requirements: BAMS with MD/MS in Prasuti Tantra & Stri Roga; minimum 15 years of clinical experience; valid registration with NCISM/state Ayurveda board; experience in a hospital or multi-doctor clinical setting preferred.
