Job Description:

- Lead Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract, hire, and onboard top talent across the organization.

- Recruit & Manage: Oversee the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and pre-boarding.

- Prevent Infant Attrition: Proactively identify and address the root causes of early employee turnover. Develop and implement strategies to improve the candidate experience and ensure a seamless, engaging onboarding process.

- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring recruitment goals are met.

- Stakeholder Management: Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide strategic guidance.

- Metrics & Reporting: Track key recruitment metrics, including infant attrition rates, time-to-fill, and cost-per-hire. Use data to optimize processes and report on progress.

- Brand Ambassador: Drive employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.
