Conduct induction and onboarding training for new sales employees.

Design and deliver training programs for Inside Sales and Field Sales teams.

Train employees on SaaS products, sales processes, CRM tools, and company policies.

Develop sales training materials, presentations, playbooks, and assessment modules.

Conduct product demonstrations, role-plays, mock calls, and sales simulations.

Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.

Identify skill gaps and recommend improvement plans for sales teams.

Work closely with Sales Managers and Team Leaders to align training with business goals.

Monitor trainee performance and provide continuous feedback and coaching.

Organize refresher training programs and workshops for existing employees.

Maintain training records, reports, and employee progress tracking.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
