We are looking for an experienced Deputy Manager (Hospital Operations) to oversee the hospital's day-to-day administration, operational efficiency, infrastructure, and workforce management.

Please do not apply unless you have prior experience in hospital administration. Applications from other sectors will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the day-to-day administrative and operational activities of the hospital.
- Supervise hospital infrastructure, facilities, and support services.
- Develop and implement efficient operational policies and procedures.
- Monitor departmental performance and ensure quality standards.
- Coordinate with doctors, consultants, nurses, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure the security and confidentiality of patient records and hospital data.
- Monitor budgets and recommend cost-effective operational improvements.
- Plan and implement short, medium,



and long-term operational goals.
- Manage and coordinate Critical Care Units during emergency situations.

Candidate Profile

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Hospital Administrator, Hospital In-Charge, Deputy Manager, or Healthcare Administration Manager.
- Sound knowledge of hospital operations, medical terminology, and healthcare regulations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Knowledge of medical record management and hospital compliance procedures.
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Salary

₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month (Salary will be finalized based on experience and qualifications.)
